Jenny Adair is the Training Coordinator for the Partnership. Jenny’s role focuses on analysing the training needs of the early year’s sector, maintaining a database of qualifications held by childcare workers, promoting quality assurance and providing information and advice.

The Training Directory is designed to help you to access the information
and guidance you may require to decide if a career in childcare is for
you and to help those in the childcare field advance their careers.
The directory contains information on:
- The skills needed to work with young children.
- The types of training and qualifications required by employers in Northern Ireland.
- The organisations who offer the training and qualifications in the Northern Board Area.
- How to build a career in the early year’s sector.
It is important that the training or course of study you undertake meets your needs and is compatible with your personal commitments.
